The location was decent, for example, Nagane Sports Park was within easy walking distance of the hotel. We found it in a nice enough area very close to the train station and the town centre, restaurants and transport and bars and places to eat.

It's challenging to find the hotel and it's not close to the station; it requires a lengthy walk or pricy taxi. Although the bathroom is adequate and the service is relatively kind, the breakfast was uninspiring and the view was non-existent. There's little to do in the area and it's more of a stopover destination for budget travelers.
Uninspiring breakfast.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 7 days and I must say, it was a superb experience. The cleanliness and comfortability of the rooms are top-notch. The spaciousness and good lighting were also a plus. I loved the thoughtful touches like the self-servicing morning call and the complimentary coffee, Aomori-apple-juice, and ramen. The staff at the restaurant and breakfast were super courteous and the breakfast itself was yummy.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect.

My Xmas experience was wonderful. I loved how the hotel was easily accessible from the expressway and had a multi-story car park. The environment-friendly approach of offering amenities at the lobby was great, and the hot springs bath was perfect for winter. The hotel also offered free-flowing apple juice and coffee, which was a bonus during the festive season.
While the hotel was great overall, I wished they had more queen bed rooms as they were not available during my stay. , the space in the room was a bit cramped, especially with large travel cases.
